What is Body Mass Reset?

Body Mass Reset represents the future of supplements….”energy”. While it has all the benefits of ten different herbs, it doesn’t actually contain any of the substance of those herbs, or any potential side effects. Instead, through a proprietary process, the “energy” of the herbs is captured and then transferred to the base liquid. The results are simply spectacular! While a lower calorie diet is recommended, you don’t feel hungry and your energy levels are maintained. This is due to the “fat-releasing” potential that uses stored fat as energy. Does it really work? Well, here is my personal story. I have always been thin, but in the last few years, I picked up a few unwanted pounds. It seems that it settled mostly around my middle, the one place that is most noticeable. I checked my body mass index and I was still in the normal range. Well, that’s not good enough. I wanted to lose my extra fat. So I started using Body Mass Reset. I also got a scale that measures fat %, water %, and weight. My results? I’m down to 17.5% fat. Now you can see why we believe in this product. Simply put: It works! And I’m not alone. All of our Body Mass Reset customers are getting results. Plus, they are continuing to make better food choices and are now eating less.
As you use Body Mass Reset, several things will happen. First, as you start eating less at each meal, your stomach will begin to shrink. Remember, your stomach was designed to only hold the contents of a quart jar. Like me, you have probably stretched it to hold a lot more than that. Once your stomach returns to its normal size, you will become fuller much faster. You will start to become uncomfortable, if you overeat.
Second, you will start to make better food choices. Keeping your body mass under control, starts with eating more nutritious foods. As you turn away from junk food, snack foods, highly processed foods, and sweets, while on Body Mass Reset, you begin to realize those foods were making you fat. Your “better choices” will become habits and you will want to continue on that path.
Third, you will start to become more hydrated. When you are only 1-2% dehydrated, your body will often mistake thirst for hunger, causing you to eat more. Drinking lots of water is also essential to allow your body to flush out fat. I’m talking about water, not coffee, tea, and soft drinks, etc. These drinks can actually cause you to become mineral deficient as well. It’s best to drink water that has minerals. You probably guessed that I think it should be water with Ionyte, and/or AquaLyte added.
When using Body Mass Reset, it is suggested to reduce your calorie intake, especially fats and sugar. This is because your body is changing its focus from using fat in your food for energy, to focusing on stored fat. While a reduced calorie diet is suggested, you won’t feel hungry and you will still have plenty of energy. This happens for two reasons: 1) the natural appetite suppressing “energy” of Reset will signal your brain that you have had enough food; and 2) your body will begin to release its stored fat reserves and burn that fat for energy, reducing the need for more food. While you are only eating 500 to 750 calories, your body will be releasing stored fat and actually be burning 2500 to 4000 calories.
The first two days of your program, you are asked to “Jump Start” or simply eat lots of fatty foods, including fried foods, bread & butter, pastries, chocolate, etc. . . . even ice cream. This is a very important step because it prepares your body for the fat loss program. This also allows time for the Body Mass Reset to take effect and reduce your appetite.
Your actual fat loss regimen will begin the third day of taking your drops. It is at this point that you will want to follow the suggested program. Consuming more food than suggested, or consuming foods that are not allowed, may result in an weight gain.
* Hoodia Gordonii: suppresses appetite

* Bladderwrack: helpful with obesity; may help thyroid function.
* Kelp: promotes healthy thyroid function; supports healthy weight management.
* Senna Leaf: aids in fat loss; reduces constipation.
* Guarana: aids in fat loss; reduces mental and physical fatigue.
* Bear’s Grape (Uva-ursi): helps relieve inflammation of urinary tract.
* Fennel Seed: aids digestion.
* Gravel Root: helps increase urine flow.
* Black Walnut Hull: helps cleanse the body of parasites; aids digestion.
10 drops on your tongue (then let it roll off and go under your tongue), 3 times a day. Hold the drops under the tongue for 2 minutes before swallowing. Wait 30 minutes before eating. The first 2 days you will eat normally, while taking the drops.
Take your measurements at the beginning of the diet, it is recommended taking them each week on the same day of the week. It is not uncommon to lose inches even though you may not be losing much weight.

The main goal is to avoid fatty foods and those that convert to fat, like sugary foods. By doing so, your body will turn to its own fat reserves and start releasing them to be used for energy.
Don’t skip any meals. Lack of protein can inhibit weight loss.
Always weigh yourself first thing in the morning. Scales that also measure body fat are a great idea, because you may not lose many pounds, but you can see that you’re losing fat. You should start to notice that your clothes feel looser.
It is very important to try and eat the amounts indicated. If you hit a plateau of not losing any weight, this is normal. If it goes more than 4 days, you may want to consider an “apple day”. This consists of eating only apples for a 24 hour period of time. You will start at lunch and end with breakfast the following day. Drink only water to satisfy your thirst.
Body Mass Reset drops DO NOT need to be refrigerated.
When you have finished your drops, you will need to continue the diet for 3 days as the Body Mass Reset is still in your system.
The following 3 weeks is the maintenance program. You will need to continue eating the same foods, but increase the amount you are eating. Still no sugar, or fat. You may add cheese, additional fruits and vegetables. This helps to reset your metabolism.
DRINKING WATER IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS PROGRAM. You must drink a minimum of 2 quarts of water daily. We recommend using AquaLyte & Ionyte in your water.
IT BEARS REPEATING . . . . . . . . THAT THE REASON YOU MUST DRINK PLENTY OF WATER DAILY IS TO “FLUSH OUT” THE FAT & TOXINS. NOT DRINKING ENOUGH WATER MAY INHIBIT MAXIMUM FAT LOSS.
You will be consuming three meals a day (approximately 750 calories. Skipping breakfast will achieve approximately 500 calories per day). Each day you can have 2 proteins (beef, poultry, or fish), 2 vegetables, and 2 fruits.
cup cereal (110 calories per cup: Special K, Total, Cheerios, Chex, or puffed rice) with cup skim milk,
OR 2 slices of toast using Sara Lee’s Nature’s Own (45 calories per slice)
OR 1 egg with 1 slice of bread
OR Yogurt (non fat, low sugar)
Tip: You can have fruit for breakfast and then use the two slices of 45 calorie Sara Lee whole grain bread to make a sandwich for lunch.
4 ounces (1/4 lb.) Protein from the food list. Weigh before cooking, or use the palm of your hand for size and thickness. Or you may have 1 cup non-fat cottage cheese as your protein.

You may rearrange your food choices to fit your tastes, just be mindful of the calorie count. Do not eat two meals at the same time (example: skip lunch and eat all for dinner). There is no objection to breaking up your meals. For instance: have an apple or grapefruit for breakfast, or an orange before going to bed provided that they are deducted from the regular meals. The two fruits may not be eaten at the same time, nor can any item be saved and added to the meals the following day.
Please note that eating red meat is limited to three times weekly. Tuna or Salmon are limited to three times weekly. All visible fat must be removed before cooking and the meat must be uncooked when weighed. It can be grilled, baked, or broiled. It must be cooked without additional fats or oils. You may use Pam or a similar spray, or “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter” spray.

The vegetable choices are as follows: You may use one cup fresh, frozen or canned vegetables. cup of corn, green peas, or carrots can be used once per week.
Only fresh or frozen fruits. Canned fruits can be used ONLY if the liquid is drained and rinsed off the fruit.

Seasonings and Condiments: Any and all spices may be used. Try not to use any fat, oil, or butter. Any type of vinegar, lemon, or lime may be used liberally, although it is preferred the juice of not more than one lemon or lime be used per day. Tabasco sauce, soy sauce, picante sauce, and horseradish are allowed in moderation. Make sure that there is NO SUGAR CONTENT. Bragg’s liquid aminos and Stevia sweetener can be used as well. 1 serving of Melba toast is also allowed on a daily basis. GUM and Mints must be sugar free.
